Born and raised in Burkina Faso, Ragnimwendé Eldaa KOAMA is a graduate of Aube Nouvelle University in Software Engineering and Information Systems Management. From her extracurricular activities, she has developed skills in leading youth teams and movements, public debate and public speaking, communication facilitator, and volunteer coaching for her peers. She has been invited more than once to participate in national and international conferences as a speaker or moderator because of her proven experience in connecting people through their ideas, cultures and motivations to strengthen their activism. She expresses herself in three main languages: English, French and Mooré. Passionate about initiatives with high social impact and the application of technology for development, she works as a project manager at BeoogoLAB, an incubator engaged in digital and social entrepreneurship. Since then, she has been very active in working with entrepreneurs, helping them to clarify their vision and develop their leadership; create, manage and engage their teams to achieve their goals through tangible progress and good results. Thanks to the coworking activities promoted by BeoogoLAB, she initiated in the incubator, a youth activism movement called Yocowork, which aims to build a collaborative platform for young people in Burkina Faso and the diaspora to carry out projects. with social impact oriented towards local development for and by the citizens themselves!
As a woman leader, she believes that every human being has potential and therefore works and motivates the world around her to make a positive impact through their initiatives and actions!
